Trimmer House Bed & Breakfast Policies

Self check in begins after 3pm. Instructions will be sent via text message. Be sure to provide a mobile phone number for communication.
Check out is at 11am
Full homemade breakfast is included with your stay
Trimmer House is an adults only property. Children older than 16 are welcome with an adult and will be charged at the full rate. The Trimmer House does not allow infants.
Maximum occupancy of all guest rooms is 2. Guest House will accommodate up to six adults.
Property access is limited to registered guests.
Free parking is available for registered guests. One vehicle is allowed per guest room. Three vehicles are allowed at the Guest House.
No pets/animals.
Arrival with a pet, small child/infant, or guests greater than maximum occupancy will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and full rate will be charged to card on file.
No walk ins or last minute reservations.
Two night minimum stay is required for most stays. For one night stays, an additional fee will apply
Non-smoking home.

Cancellation Policy:
We request that reservations are guaranteed with a major credit card. In the event that a cancellation is made within two weeks of the reservation, you will be charged for the reservation if the room is not rented.
